Over the past decade, Murray has worked with clients ranging from trade associations to Fortune 100 conglomerates to implement their public policy agendas in South Carolina and across the nation.

After starting his career with Burr Forman McNair Law Firm’s Government Affairs as a Legislative Analyst, Murray was recruited to work with national digital political consulting firm, Push Digital, in Charleston, South Carolina, where he led business development efforts and worked with the firm’s public affairs team to achieve key strategic initiatives in targeted states and local governments.

Murray also served as the chief strategist for the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce’s campaign to support a county-wide ballot referendum in 2020.

Murray joins the First Tuesday Strategies team as Director of Business Development. Based in Charleston, S.C., Murray leads the organization’s efforts to build and maintain relationships with prospective clients while also providing strategic counsel for the firm’s campaign, corporate, and public affairs clients.
