Phillip Habib has established himself as one of South Carolina’s top political operatives, recently serving as Campaign Manager for State Rep. Russell Fry’s successful primary campaign. Fry won a majority of votes on the first ballot against a sitting member of Congress.
Earlier in 2022, Habib served as Campaign Manager for the winning Mike Reichenbach for State Senate campaign. In the 2020 campaign cycle, Phillip’s work was recognized with a Reed Award for Best Online Video for a Republican State Legislative Campaign and a Gold Pollie for “Best Use of Peer-to-Peer Fundraising.”
In 2016, with a campaign budget of only $30, then-Wofford College student Habib was elected to the Berkeley County Soil and Water Commission as a write-in candidate. He is a 2018 graduate of Wofford College
